个人简介：
李艳杰，女，1984年2月出生，毕业于日本筑波大学（国家公派）。博士，副教授，山西中医药大学硕士生导师。先后主持科研项目7项，发表论文20余篇，其中中文核心（或SCI）论文 15篇，授权专利5项。
研究学科（领域）：食品科学，中药学
研究方向：药食同源资源利用，食药用菌代谢调控
